Hilton Garden Inn Cincinnati/Mason

Great spot, clean, front desk staff very nice and friendly especially Milton. Had a hard time getting our AC to work right but otherwise all great.

The whole atmosphere was great!

The stay was quiet and comfortable, alot of restaurants and gas stations are close by

The staff yelled at me and my kids constantly Becuase of the littlest things like talking to laud or walking to laud at night. They were also very on edge and made up stuff to try to get my kids in trouble. They messed with my bathroom stuff and my tooth brush smelled terrible after they came to clean my room 0/10 I do not wish this hotel on anyone.

bloodstain on lamp. we turned the AC on when we checked in because the room was 75. when we got back the room was still 75, the AC had kicked off. took a couple of hours to cool down after we got back from a day in the sun.

Our room was not ready on time but they made up for it by providing us all vouchers for breakfast. The entire stay was fine. Kids liked the pool.

My son and DIL, both, perform at King's Island and we were there, as a family, to see them and spend a couple days at the park. Pros: Good location to get to King's Island. We were there in ten minutes. Multiple chain restaurants within 1 mile. The King suite was a nice size for our family of 6 to gather without having to sit on beds. Refrigerator, coffee, and microwave in each room was a plus. Staff was always helpful and friendly. The lobby bar is small but nice and the bartender super friendly and very accommodating to everyone's requests. It only offers a few food items but enough to take the edge off and we were able to get what we wanted to drink-beer, wine, or a mixed cocktail. A couple games set up in the lobby were a fun distraction. Cons: The breakfast buffet should be free or less than $14.95. It is what other hotels offer with no charge. Accommodations are definitely in need of a super-duper cleaning-at least in our rooms. There were cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling and the floor. You could see where ceiling leaks had been. Everything was a bit "worn". Furniture is chipped. New paint and carpet would go a long way. Would I stay again...if I knew it had been updated or painted and new carpet, then yes. Location and just having the small hotel bar with some food was a plus for all of us at the end of the day.
