Homewood Suites by Hilton Toronto Airport Corporate Centre

The room was a fantastic size accommodating my family of five.

Self contained and it had everything you needed.

It was nothing to do with the property but with the transfers. We had to wait 30min for a transfer to pick us up even though I called them several hours in advanced before I left UK and I called them at arrival from airport and it still took them 30min to come. Transfers back to airport was ok but on arrival it was not good at all.

The location was good and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was always nice.

The amenities for having a kitchenette were lacking, there was only 1 garbage can for the entire suite which was a small bathroom garbage. Yes we could have requested another but there should just be one in the kitchen. The hotel was cleanish. Overall looked clean but if you really looked things are just quickly wiped vs actually cleaned. The hotel was under construction and this was not mentioned or noted anywhere, and I would have booked a different location. To have construction happening in the lobby during the morning breakfast buffet was not relaxing at all and doesn’t seem very sanitary.

Need more smiles in the staff. Polite approach and willing to do the task. Like cleaning the room or to bring deliver hotel bathroom and coffee cups refill
