Iria Beach art hotel

The staff is amazing, nothing was to much for them. Your wish is their command!!!! Very clean. Would stay there again if I were going back to Naxos!!!

Hotel was immaculate!!! Staff couldn't do enough for all guests, they were awesome. Would definitely stay there again!

Great location, friendly staff, very accomodating, large rooms and clean modern bathrooms. Complex one of the best in area.

This was our second year at the Iria. We did not realize, however, that, compared to last year, this year's prices had doubled. We did not get rooms that were as good as last year's. We booked 2 triples and one double and ended up with 2 triples when we extended our vacation by 3 days. The one of the triples we ended up with (#75) was terrible. Adjacent to the restaurant of the hotel, the room smelled like fried fish when/if a window stayed open. A loud banging noise would also start around 3:30-4:00 0'clock and go on until 6-7 at night. We reported this to the reception, but nothing came out of it. The cleaning lady assigned to room 75 did not do a good job, perhaps because the Iria was short-staffed. The bath are looked dingy, dirty towels were left in the Jacuzzi, toilet paper was not enough, toiletries were left in the room stingily, etc. Definitely # 75 was not worth the money we paid for it. The staff at Iria are wonderful. Mrs. Anna, the lady in charge of breakfast at the Iria, is the sweetest, most patient and kindest person on the island, who is there all by herself to deal with breakfast for the entire hotel. Maria, at the reception, was as wonderful as last year. Adjacent to the hotel is its restaurant called Palatia. Avoid it. It is slow, stingy and rude. Go eat at other places along the beach. Research other hotels in the neighborhood with better rates.

The staff was exceptionally helpful. They were always concerned about our comfort and went above and beyond. The breakfast was one of the best buffets we've had. The chef was very warm and friendly and always brought fresh fruit to the table and any delicious cakes she cooked that morning. Fresh fruit, water and flowers in the room when we arrived. Greeted us with a drink of local liquor and candies.

Super friendly staff--it was my wife's birthday and they surprised her with some goodies. Outstanding breakfasts; very helpful staff with things like bus schedules, taxis, etc. would definitely stay there again!

We were treated so well. The breakfasts were phenomenal.
