Cape Sienna Phuket Gourmet Hotel & Villas - SHA Extra Plus

We’ve enjoyed our time at Cape Sienna: The property had an amazing view over Kamala Beach. Service was attentive, breakfast was super tasty. We spent a lot of time at the pool and cafe across the road. It didn’t seem to be popular among other guests, so we loved just being ourselves their at times. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Bathtub at the balcony during rainy day was a great idea!

Noise from the room above and neighboring rooms. We could hear someone running in the room above at any time of day and night, music, conversations and late parties as well. Hotel seemed to be quiet, so might be a good idea to separate the guests as far from one another as possible. We’ve reported a shower switch being broken, however, no one seemed to check it up until our departure. It wasn’t a big deal as happened in the end of the trip. Communication during the check in and check out process: we’re specifically asked for a credit card upon check in (even though I’d rather provide my international debit card details to avoid extra transaction fees), but at check out we’re hold back to wait for staff to physically go into the room to perform the room check. Why did you ask for the card then? We’ve booked an extra night due to the late flight, so we came to reception to settle the bill and tell them that we’ll be leaving at 6 pm that day. Nothing about the room checks was mentioned. I also understand that hotel typical price is much higher, so I wouldn’t imagine guests would like this type of treatment paying $1000 per night.

للامانه رايق ويطل على البحر بس مش دايركت في بنيان قدامه يمكن بسبب خياري او ماقريت الوصف وبشكل عام جيد جدا وانصح فيه بس انتبهو مب نقطة غرف بعضهم تحت ف مايكون يطل ع بحر عدل انا كنت فوق ف كانت الاطلاله حلوه

مكان اللوبي لازم تركب ليفت ومدخل ضيق للسيارات واذا بتأجر دراجة اعمل حساب انها بتصف برع بحكم مافي لوبي اله فوق وبتركب درج والنظافه نظيف بس لاحظت في شعر بنات اول ماسكنت وانا بروحي مسافر ف معناته التنظيف خذ وخل بس بشكل عام السرير نظيف جدا ومافي ريحه او شي من هالقبيل

Beautiful property and rooms with wonderful views. Very comfortable and clean.

It is a bit over priced, especially dining at the restaurants. But if you have the money then this is the place to stay.

Lovely Hotel, lovely views. Awesome breakfast spread. Also the afternoon tea at Sienna Rocks cafe truly did rock.

Bit of a climb but that's the price for those awesome views .

Room was nice, Breakfast was good, Splendid sunset view, Short stroll to Kamala beach, Decent gym. Film from reception was very helpful.

Bar staff need a lot of training and service was quiet bad. Food menu pages were stuck and was a nightmare read and should definitely be changed.
