Everything the view was amazing

Przepięknie położony hotel. Widoki z balkonu na piękne zachody słońca, to największy atut tego miesjca. Jednakze nie same widoki je tworzą, ale przede wszystkim ludzie. Personel jest nie tylko przemiły, ale pomocy przy najdrobniejszej prośbie. Szczególne uznanie należy się Panu concierge'owi, który od samego początku gdy nas przyjął, to każdego dnia zagadywał, pytał jak się czujemy i służył radą. Hotel chce dopasować się do klienta, dlatego przy zameldowaniu proponują różne opcje zapachowe kosmetyków, z których gość hotelowy będzie mógł korzystać podczas pobytu w pokoju. Nasz pokój był bardzo pzestronny, przez co swobodnie można było operować w nim duzymi walizkami. Bylo także czystko. Na co warto zwrócić uwagę to nawet gdy wskazywano, żeby "nie przeszkadzac" Pani sprzątająca wskladała karteczkę z numerem telefonu, zeby do niej zadzownić w przypadku gdy jednak byloby tego dnia konieczność posprzątania pokoju. Kazdy pracownik byl miły, uśmiechnięty i chciał pomoć.Pracownicy parkingowi interesowali się nawet tym, gdy zamówiona taksówka czy transfer się opóźniał chcąc podejmować interwencje, aby ich klient nie musial się stresować. Tym samym będąc na miejscu nie rozumiem skąd pojawiały się negatywne komentarze, zwłaszcza w kierunku personelu.Hotel posiada też restauracje serwujące przepyszne dania kuchni tajskiej w nowoczesnych aranżacjach. Mimo że nie należą one do najtańszych, to warto choć raz skosztować. Szczerze polecam to miejsce i napewno do niego wróce!

Hotel jest położony na wzgórzu. Stąd osoby z niepelnosprawnością ruchową mogą mieć problem, aby dojść do hotelu pieszo.

The location is perfect, we wanted to be away from all loud parties. But it’s in waking distance to Kamala beach with all beach restaurants and massages, exchange offices, travel offices to get some activities. Also, the bike rental is just in 5-7 min walking distance. We rented a bike for the whole stay, it makes life easy. The hotel is clean, tidy. The bar on the upper floor looked nice, we didn’t have chance to enjoy it, but the view was amazing. The sunsets are wow

We had issues with the entry card few times, after the whole day of boat trips we had to go down 3 times to the reception, don’t understand why it was difficult to send staff members with us straight away so we don’t go down 3 times. Same issue was on our check out day. We were in the rush and I still had to go down to the reception 2 times, when it didn’t work second time I just asked the housekeeper to open it, because it’s unacceptable. Even though I mentioned to the receptionist we had issues before, they had to send a staff member with us straight away to make sure it’s working and not making me run several times back and forth

We loved this hotel. Very good value for money with new, spacious rooms, nice breakfast and pool area, very nice rooftop bar. Ideal for couples.

Main pool is a bit small so it can get a little crowded. The cleaning staff knocked on our door at 8:55 am to clean the room which is ridiculously early for what is basically a holiday resort. The next day they were pretty loud in the hallway at around 8 AM so it wasn’t a coincidence. All in all it’s very odd timing considering most people are there on holiday and might sleep in like we did.

Really nice hotel and perfect service. Spacious rooms with a nice view. Poolside restaurant served really good food, the roof top bar not quite as good but surely ok.

Nothing I didnt like However is a short walk to Beach ( transport can be booked) and short walk to town area and a bit of a hill if you do have any physical issues Our sea view room could be a little noisy from traffic however not disturbing

Vakker utsikt fra felles bassengområder og rom. Flott med to bassenger. Vi likte oss godt på det lille over veien. Veldig gode senger. Rommet (juniorsuite) var romslig, godt utstyrt og med flott utsikt over solnedgangen fra egen balkong. God mat på hotellets restauranter. Nydelig frokost med stort utvalg. Hyggelig personale.

Litt langt til stranden. Litt få solsenger ved bassengområdet og ingen rutine for å reservere sengene. Stort minus å ikke få noen kompensasjon fra hotellet, da jeg ble matforgiftet en kveld på den ellers meget gode gourmet restauranten Isole.
