The rooms are basic and small but could have used more shelving space for our suitcases and setting up our garments and other things. The bathroom could also have more shelving space too. We enjoyed the roof top deck. And we appreciated that we could walk to many places. Your staff were very nice and helpful. Now that we are home - we find other hotels with rooms that are bigger and brighter for the same price in the same area of town. If we get to come again - we will do more research for next time. We enjoyed this hotel and the location. We also liked the coffee machine in the lobby. It was convenient. We enjoyed our stay here. Thank you!

Fantastic location with charming staff. Quirky, clean and fun.

We chose this property because it was close to the train station. We only stayed one night for a concert then headed back to Barcelona. I loved this hotel. It has so many great dining options within a couple minutes walking distance. The train station is right there so even with luggage it would have been easy to make that walk. The Hop on hop off bus stop is just down the street also! We took a flight that landed at 10am and we were so lucky and grateful that our room was available as soon as we got to the hotel! They have great amenities in the lobby like coffee and water and ice. I would absolutely stay here again if I ever end up heading back to Madrid!

Great property, great location near dinning and quick connections to transportation hubs. Very clean and quite room, however I have to say that the front desk individual was not friendly and unpersonal.

I would stay here again. Though the room could use a little upkeep (the workmanship is sloppy), it was clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable.

For the price the hotel is expensive not especially wonderful on its own terms. But you're paying for the location, which is excellent in terms of access to parks, the Prado, many other museums, food, and the major train station.

No kettle available for rooms, you have to go to reception. There were no windows in the hallway I stayed on, this became very apparent when I stepped out of the elevator and the hallway was pitch black. I turned around to get back in the elevator and realized each section of the hallway had individual motion sensor lights.
