Our first room (555) had multiple live cockroaches in different parts of the room. 2 in the kitchen area and 3 next to our bed in the morning. We asked the manager to be moved and frankly she was a bit condescending, said it’s ‘normal’ and said we were whinging… anyway! On a positive note we did get moved into a much nicer deluxe room (519) and had zero issues from then on. The pools were lovely but we wouldn’t stay here again! Very family with young kids vibes.

The swimming pools The location, not at a walkable distance to the main beach but still convenient The studio we've got had a nice balcony facing nature, very quiet BBQ facilities as studios don't have kitchen

Studios don't have a dedicated car space but we didn't experience insufficient car space (after Easter) Carpet in the studio Very poor sound insulation with the apartment above, can be a nightmare if children,late sleepers/morning people Bed needs replacement
