Elevators. Too few. Slow and insufficient capacity.

This is a really beautiful hotel sitting above the bay in Amalfi. Tranquil gardens, an infinity pool, excellent service and extensive à la carte breakfast.

Really expensive with mediocre service. The concierge team failed to respond via the WhatsApp chat, very poor communication with us. Rooms are beautiful but beds are very uncomfortable, sheets are not what you'd expect at this level of hotel. Property itself is stunning but we absolutely expected more and were disappointed in the entire experience due to the lack of communication and execution by guest relations.

Missing some facilities for this type of hotel like additional swimming pool, jacuzzi, kids play area,…

The hotel is perfectly located to Amalfi Center. It is a lovely property with beautiful rooms and views. Price point for the room is a little steep for the size, but still lovely. Pool is gorgeous. Staff is kind and helpful. Drink prices are steep ($28 Euro) but I am thinking it keeps you sober enough to continue enjoying the views. Book here and you won't regret it!

The location and setting are simply unmatched, a stunning historic property perched above the Amalfi Coast. The service was exceptional, particularly from Francesca in Guest Relations who personally arranged a beautiful boat tour and a professional photoshoot along the coast. Every detail was taken care of with warmth and genuine care.

Honestly, it is very difficult to find anything to criticise. The experience was seamless from start to finish. If anything, the stay felt too short, we simply did not want to leave!
