Шератон как Шератон. Оправдывает все ожидания. Персонал - молодцы. По приезду встречает русскоговорящий менеджер и сопровождает до заселения и потом всегда на связи. Остальной персонал- профессионален и приветлив. Номера - не самые большие, но уютные с отличным видом.

Чуть больше разнообразить меню в лаунже на ужин и завтрак.

I had a very pleasant stay at Sheraton Nha Trang Hotel & Spa. I travel frequently and stay in many hotels around the world, so I especially appreciate truly professional and thoughtful hospitality. I would especially like to mention Ms. Luu Thi Vinh Loc, Duty Manager. Her professionalism, attention to detail and genuine hospitality made a very strong impression on me. What impressed me most was that, although I visit Nha Trang only occasionally, she remembered me as a returning guest and made me feel truly welcomed and recognized. This kind of personal attention is rare and reflects a very high level of service culture. The hotel is fortunate to have someone like Ms. Luu Thi Vinh Loc representing the Sheraton brand. She is an excellent example of warm, professional and attentive hospitality. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.
