The staff were lovely, especially Caroline who was English but lived in France. A little gift for our anniversary was very kind. The room was small but beautifully decorated and had all we needed

"Bien situé mais très bruyant, décevant"

Nous occupions la chambre 41 au rdc, chambre petite avec petit lit pas confortable pour un long séjour. Située très exactement au dessus des poubelles qui sont collectées entre 4 et 5h du matin! A cela s'ajoute le bruit de la rue et des fêtards. Si on ferme la fenêtre on entend malgré tout car le double vitrage n'est pas efficient et on a chaud car il n'y a pas de clim! Sinon très propre et déco marine. Excellent accueil sympathique

Belle vue bon lit par contre frigo ne marchait pas la douche une horreur !!!! un bruit épouvantable en la mettant en route et en continue !!! et aucune pression!!! avec tous ça l’eau chaude arrive réellement en 4 min. A part ça ce n’est pas du luxe mais c’est sympa en couple tranquillité mais très chaud pas de clim !!

Très bon accueil Hôtel idéalement placé Chambre propre avec un coin de vue sur l océan Petit déjeuner copieux et en terrasse vue océan Seul bémol 25 euros pour le garage fermé Certes le prix de la sécurité un peu élevé Nous reviendrons quand même à pontaillzc dans cet hôtel
