Great location close to downtown and Fiserv Forum Staff are very helpful and professional

Rooms are very small - for an accessible room, it doesn't meet ADA standards other than the walk in shower.

"Awful. Husband compared it to his hotel in India..."

They only had decaf coffee and it was not clean on all the countertops

No blood on the walls. White substance flowing down the walls, dirty sheets. Actually get key cards and have to have security bring you to your room. Edible breakfast....

"Cheap overnight stay. Area shady.Staff was nice"

The price.

Are is really shady. Especially the parking lot. When we arrived around 5:30 pm there was a gathering of individuals in the parking lot drinking and what it looks like working on a car. Was really concerned about my car overnight. Thankfully the lot was really well lit at night. In the room the smoke detector was rip off the wall with cable dangling. When we try to take a shower the shower faucet when turned it was in our hands. Completely loose. Had to turn into a plumber to make it work.

About the property itself nothing absolutely nothing

The pictures and everything they advertise it completely false We were changed to three different suites and every single no one was disgusting and something was broken or damaged And they refuse accountability and provide a full refund.
