Amazing view of Kanchenjunga from the hotel room. Staff were polite, friendly and very helpful. Loved the restaurant food esp the breakfast was superb. Good value for money. Certainly would recommend this hotel.

The bed linen looked a bit tired.

The property was well-maintained, and the staff were polite and friendly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere throughout the stay. Their professionalism and warm demeanor added a positive touch to the overall experience.

This property offers limited food options with restricted timings, which is highly inconvenient. If you wake up at 10 AM, breakfast is unavailable, and if you’re late at night, dinner is not served. For a property charging around ₹5000 per day, this is incredibly disappointing. Guests expect more than just a place to throw their bags and sleep; they also deserve proper amenities, including accessible meals. Leaving guests with an empty stomach at such a premium price is unacceptable😣
