It was excellent on all counts considering what one paid. The Meals were excellent, service was good and friendly.

The room safe did not work. The location was a little inconvenient as it is up a steep and narrow climb which has space for only one car and not enough parking spots.

Great views. Good breakfast. Prompt and helpful staff. Good location ( although very stiff climb to reach the hotel). I will not recommend for seniors to select this hotel. Since only way to go to the Mal is walking and with the stiff climb it's hard.

Outdated heaters. Flooded bathrooms (drains blocked). Hot water takes for ever to come. TVs don't work ( Tata Sky not recharged before arrival). No hair dryers (although they provide when you request. Even thrash bins are broken. Needs major renovation.
