"Hotel with a nice view..."

Hotel is at a good location....but the rooms are too small and toilets are tiny as well. Breakfast and dinner buffet needs a big upliftment both in quality and variety...

"Hotel.com height of disappointment"

On arrival we were told. We do not have a booking with them and make us wait for 2hrs in the lobby and make me call Hotel.com. Which was disconnected.will never book through Hotel.com again. Never!!!

"Hill top view of Ooty."

Excellent in all respect. Food at the restaurant is excellent & staff politeness is remarkable. Since it is a Hill Top Hotel, Guests should have their own car .Hence better facilities for Drivers at night desired. Personal care of Hotel Manager Shri Utpal makes you feel very much comfortable.

"You won't miss it"

Sinclairs in an excellent property with uninspired staff. May be they have enough guests and do not mind displeasing a couple of them. The room was good. The bathroom's door did not close properly. The menu is deficient and the room service is bad bordering 'terrible'. Stay there to be disappointed!

"Excellent"

Was good experience, but have to check room location while booking which was not defined. As there is forest facing and front view, and for front view you have to pay extra amount. Above all facilities and ambiance was an awesome experience. Moreover this hotel/Resort is usually for Couple not for Bachelors.
