The hotel itself is beautiful, needs a little tlc since its showing its age. The elevator needs improvement. Other than that I like the place and location

Todo estuvo muy bien 👍, pero cuando llame a recepción para pedir una toalla más, dijeron qué le ivan a decir ala encargada de eso, y nunca me la llevaron.

The morning buffet still is one of the best ones in town. The rooms could use some updating and the ones facing inside can be quite noisy because of the indoor pool area. Also, very pushy and demanding on mask usage to the point of aggressiveness. Did not appreciate that attitude.

El personal es muy amable y atento con excepcion del Sr. que esta a la entrada de bellboy. un hombre muy antipatico con eso digo todo. La Srita. Nora y Blanca unas personas de 1era. dispuestas siempre a ayudar. me gusto mucho la estadia. Lo malo que aunque cuentan con alberca techada esta tan fria que no se puede disfrutar. Cuentan con un jacuzi que dias fuiciona dias no funciona.
