"Worst Reception !"

Location , facilities were excellent

The front office staff need lessons in courtesy and manners . Our American friend was abruptly told “ We have to take your photo” without any explanation or reason . He is the Vice President of an MNC and a 68 year old gentleman and was naturally offended . The man showed the registration form of another American and said this is procedure . It is not usual procedure in any hotel to line up a guest and take his photo without an explanation . It is not a police station ! It is a hotel . Please see that others are not treated in the same way
