Von Anfang an Wohlfühlambiente. Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption und auch im Restaurant. Grosszügig ausgelegte Einzelzimmer und auch der Balkon mit Blick in den Garten. Eine ruhige Atmosphäre.

Mir hat alles gefallen, keine Beanstandung. War das erste Mal dort und es wird auch nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein.

Tolles Personal, Bibliothek und Fitnessraum im Haus, Buffet zum Frühstück phantastisch

Keine Möglichkeit zum Abdunkeln des Zimmers, an den Plissees kann rechts und links vorbei geluschert werden.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber und das Essen war hervorragend. Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels waren super zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich.

Die Lage

Die Zimmer sind relativ klein, gut, dass wir normal gewachsene Menschen sind und nicht groß 🤨 Man sieht dem Hotel die 30 Jahre in den Zimmern und Dusche an und eine zeitnahe Investition ist dringend und wäre super! Leider gibt es gegenwärtig in Bad Wilsnack kein weiteres Hotel, Pension Deutscher Hof wäre noch eine Alternative im anderen Ambiente.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Durch den Kurpark kommt man direkt zur Kristall Therme. Das Frühstück war gut, das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Toll dass man Fahrräder kostenfrei ausleihen kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Im Doppelzimmer war ein 160iger Bett mit nur einer gemeinsamen Matrazze. Das war für uns nicht so toll.
