Turtle Beach Resort

A wonderful, magical place! Great views. Excellent staff. Was very happy with the room and all the outdoor spaces. Short trolley ride to Siesta Key and nice places to eat a short walk away. A real find for sure. Will return for sure ! A special place!

Great location, loved the free trolley on Siesta Key and great that the property had free parking.

Unfortunately we would not say here again. Overall the property is tired, run down and in need of some modernisation. We stayed in Bahama breeze so not sure what the other bungalows look like inside. Firstly the bed nearest to the terrace was so uncomfortable, it squeaked every time you moved which makes it impossible to have a good night sleep. Everything outside looks like it's been patched up over the years and needs completely re doing. It was very windy during our stay, not the fault of the property I know, but our gate and the neighbours gate banged all night on the second night. My husband tried to get ours to stay closed with no luck, the latch was broken. The property must have known it was broken as there was a piece of string attached to it, its doesn't cost a lot to go to Home Depot and replace the latch, its the difference between a good night sleep and a bad one. Lastly the description on Booking . com says there is a hot tub in EVERY bungalow, ours was not working. When I spoke to the lady before our stay she said that that should of been taken down as all of their hot tubs were destroyed in hurricane Milton and they didn't realise it was still in the description, very apologetic and I was happy with that. However, we got chatting to a family at the pool who were occupying 4 rooms and she told us 2 out of 4 of their hot tubs were working, she had complained herself and had a bottle of champagne in the rooms as an apology. Not that I want anything for free but I feel like it's left in the description because some of them are still working. I assume it was overpriced because it was spring break and that it maybe cheaper to stay here on a regular weekend but for $700 per night I feel like we did not get value for money. With hardly any sleep especially the second night I couldn't wait to get home.

Easy walk to Turtle beach. Free ride to Siesta Key. The bird sanctuary across the water was fascinating. Loved the feel of all the small cottages. Quaint!

Bed mattress was softer than we like.

Great little spot, we spent two nights here with our dog and had a wonderful time. Very comfortable cottage(Key West) private enclosed patio and a table and chairs on the other side overlooking the water. Owners were very nice, other guests were friendly too

Very quiet and private versus nearby units. Away from the downtown noise if you want quiet like us

This is the cutest, quaint little spot. We stayed in the Country Cottage and it was adorable. The 2 outdoor decks are awesome. My husband caught so many fish from the dock including shark. We can't wait to return to this darling oasis. We love that it's pet friendly.

The only thing better than the sunset over Turtle beach was the moonrise over Little Sarasota Bay and the sunsrise the next morning! Charming and relaxing. An enchanted location with a dedicated, gracious, and warm-hearted staff who went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Can't wait to come back.
