The aloft staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I had an issue with my corporate card at check in and Aidan was able to help me get in a room after a long day of travel and worry about credit card issues later. The hotel is in a perfect spot to enjoy The Domain. I would highly recommend staying here!

Location was very easy access to all The Domain has to offer, the atmosphere was funky and fresh. Just like you expect in Austin Texas. The rooms were exactly what we needed. Nothing more, nothing less. The value was the best in down. Very clean everywhere we went in the building. Noise levels at night were higher than expected but there were ear plugs provided in the room. We didn’t use them it wasn’t that bad. The customer service of the front desk was amazing. Mary was so helpful during the check in process and the whole team was so kind and friendly during our stay! The hotel bar was super convenient being right in the lobby. We didn’t use any other amenities.
