Personnel très désagréable ne respectent pas les heures accueil clients., j’ai eu la soi disant responsable au téléphone une personne qui se fou complètement des clients et qui ordonné les choses à faire Équipement des chambres très passable, kitchenette avec zéro Équipement HÔTEL À BANNIR.

Nous descendons dans cet hôtel chaque fois que nous visitons nos enfants à Gex car nous le trouvons bien. Spacieux, lit confortable, balcon et petit coin cuisine. Bon petit déjeuner.
