Four Points by Sheraton Edmonton South

Quiet, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for our needs.

The location made it easy to navigate within the city of Edmonton as we made it to a number of events.

We did not find anything negative about the property!

The room was very spacious and we enjoyed using the whirlpool tub in our room. The pillows were some of the best we’ve ever had in a 4 star hotel, and combined with the comfortable bed the sleeping arrangements definitely exceeded our expectations. We were on the 7th (top) floor in the king whirlpool suite, and it was very quiet all the time we were in the room, not to mention windows on two walls and great views to the east and of downtown to the north. The pool, gym and change rooms were great, and the steam room was awesome. Not many hotels have steam rooms anymore. I might stay here again just for the steam room. The room thermostat was responsive and kept the room at the desired temperature.

The bathroom was quite small and the toilet seat was very small and low. Upgrading to an elongated toilet and seat would be a very big improvement, even without any other bathroom upgrades.

Poor service at east 75. Understaffed. Mediocre supper. Breakfast of this type included at other hotels. Nothing special. Disappointed this type of breakfast not included in room price

Well kept facility, knowledgeable staff

It was an Ok stay nothing special. Front desk were friendly. $14 charged for the breakfast is not worth it very little options in my opinion.

The air-con we have keeps on turning on and off I don't know if it has something to do with the energy save Tried to call front desk but we're just tired.. Also some of the staff from the Event Beksbattalion was kinda rude and doesn't talk in english in front of the customer made me uncomfortable and giving me look.
