Pro: we had a rental car, everything makes it easier. Location is good just that is has a deep driveway from the main road. But with car, it's not a problem. Tesco/massage/petrol/food, it's all the entrance. We check in at 9pm, the entrance of the driveway is bright n easy to see. There's a huge kids pool with slides! Looks super fun! Staffs are all friendly n helpful. Speaks English very well! They got my request to hv room near lift n mountain view. I think all rooms can see mountains. Haha. Aircon is strong! Appreciate it! Cons: Room is dated but it's huge, Bed very bad, can feel every spring, bathroom is minimum, shower handler is rusty, flush is weak, with shower curtain but a lot water still gets out. TV reception is really bad! Luckily we prepare movies.. Breakfast is exactly the same for 5days! Wish they change it abit. For the price, more pros than cons! Highly recommended to all, couples n familys. 👍

We rented 4 rooms, 1 room had toilet issue (Water cannot flush properly) and another got badly flooded (Whole toilet floor was flooded). Ask them to come repair but it only lasted for a while, and next morning the whole toilet was flooded again. Room lightning was dim and corridor light was not working (the lights outside our rooms were all out), it looks like a resort from a horror movie or something at night, kinda scary.The kids pool was closed for maintenance and it looks old and very dirty (water has tons of stones, dirt, etc). Definitely not returning here anymore, plenty of other options out there.

I have an un preoare trip to khaoyai and try to find hotel which not over 2300 thb / night and found this hotel. The over all was ok, but there was a bad smell from the rest room and the bath room was old. Breakfast was ok.

Hotel is older style hotel . Bedroom are very badly designed with various subtle floor levels which made it very easy to hurt toes and trip. Bed had an extended base which we all hurt ourselves on banged into and which also made getting out of bed uncomfortable. Also many exposed corners on the furniture and fittings made bumping into it very easy. Overall very badly designed and definatly not suitable for our very active 4 year old son.We were ungraded to a room with wifi but we understand most of the rooms dont have .

주차장에서 객실까지 멀고, 낡고 조금 지저분한 객실 청소상태가 맘에 들지 않았습니다. 수영장은 작고 관리가 잘 안되는듯 하고, 내부 수영장 인줄 알았던 곳은 워터파크(?) 라며 한명당 280밧을 받았는데 어린이 구역은 바닥이 너무 거칠어서 발이 아팠고, 큰 미끄럼틀은 운영도 하지 않고 있었습니다. 조식은 먹을만 했지만, 다신 가고싶지 않은 곳이었습니다.

พนักงานช่วยจัดหา wheel chair และเข็นคุณพ่อซึ่งขาไม่ค่อยดีส่งถึงห้องพักดีมาก อยากให้ถ้ามีคนแก่มาด้วย ให้ช่วยจัดห้องพักที่อยู่ไม่ไกลนัก จะได้เดินไปได้สะดวก (เนื่องจากโรงแรมค่อนข้างใหญ่และมีบันไดขึ้นๆ ลงๆ หลาย step ถ้าอยู่ตึกที่ลึกเข้าไปจะค่อนข้างลำบากสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ
