Centara Udon

The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the breakfast offers a good variety of options. The hotel is also very well located, which makes it convenient for getting around. Most of the staff were kind and helpful, except for the receptionist who welcomed us, who was not particularly pleasant.

However, we were disappointed by the pet policy. The fee for bringing a dog is quite expensive, especially considering that dogs are not allowed inside the restaurant area and must wait outside behind a glass partition/screen while the owners eat. This is something that should have been clearly mentioned in advance. To be fair, after we made a complaint, the hotel gave us a 50% discount on the pet fee for this stay, which we appreciated.

Already booked for another stay at the Centara Udon. The staff are always superb, location is excellent. In our opinion it is the best in Udon. A slight problem with the plumbing, but this was sorted quickly & professionally.

Sadly only a single night's stay this time. But we will be back soon.
