Great experience in downtown Dallas. Location is fantastic and the staff were great. Parking is a little confusing at first but sorted at check/in and very inexpensive given the downtown location. My only negative was the wifi was terrible. I couldn’t get the login prompt on my laptop and my phone was going in and out on the wifi signal in my room. A bit frustrating as I am an international traveler so data is pricey. Overall a positive stay and would recommend!

Paying for parking. If you book with the hotel you should get free parking. And the hot water in the shower took 10-15 minutes to get warm
