Riverhouse Resort

The location is good and there is plenty of parking lota in front of the building.

Old, dilapidated, and structurally the room is in bad condition. Avoid if you care about hygiene. I usually have reasonable expectations for resorts in this price range, but the Riverhouse Resort fell far below any acceptable standard. It is not just "aged", it is poorly maintained to the point of being a health hazard. Key Issues: • Structural Failures: The room suffered from an obvious, improperly fixed water ingress. The ceiling were damp, showing that the root cause of the leak was never actually addressed, just patched over. • Hygiene & Health: The shower was covered in black mold. This is not a minor cleaning oversight; it is a long-term maintenance failure that poses a respiratory risk. • Pest Infestation: To top it all off, the room was infested with ants. It is clear that pest control and basic sanitation are not priorities here. • Dilapidated State: The entire interior is worn out and feels neglected. There is a fine line between "rustic" and "falling apart," and this property has firmly crossed into the latter.

Wunderbarer Blick zum River, Hotel liegt sehr zentral.

Man sollte beachten, dass es keinen Fahrstuhl gibt. Uns hat es nicht gestört. Wir waren nur für eine Nacht und hatten kein großes Gepäck dabei.

Mooie locatie aan de rivier, mooi uitzicht. Kamers wat verouderd maar verder prima.

Het beddengoed voelde wat klam en daarom niet heel hygiënisch aan.

Kamer beneden, twee lange trappen om zelf je bagage te dragen, geen lift, muf ruikende kamer, basis ingericht, zeer kleine badkamer met weinig ruimte om iets neer te zetten, sacherijnige eigenaar, rest personeel aardig.
