Golden Pine Beach Resort

The staffs were excellent in helping check in and check out. They helped carrying our luggages from the cars to all rooms. The staff at the front desk were very nice and can answered all questions about the local restaurants and attractions. The rooms were very large and comfortable. We will certainly come back again

The resort should set up a permanent Karaoke Room for guests to enjoy singing. Especially for the big group of many guests. This Karaoke Room should not for free but some reasonably fees would be perfect

Such a wonderful location overlooking the beach and the grounds are beautiful with all the ponds etc. Room clean and comfortable and staff very helpful and friendly.

Only small issue was parking in thier car park over the other side of the road to the hotel. We did get help with our luggage to reception.

Very beautiful garden and ponds filled with water lily flowers. Very nice, helpful and welcoming staff.

The swimming pool should be renovated as some floor tiles can hurt and injure.

The management and staff were fantastic. So friendly and respectful and very very helpful.

The staff was wonderful, so helpful! We asked for a transfer to another town and the front desk arranged it. We asked for bikes one day and the front desk had them delivered to the hotel for us within 30 minutes. Anything we needed was taken care of, they went above and beyond to make us happy and comfortable! There was an evening food market set up each evening near the property and we enjoyed trying the foods there. The pool was great and we had a nice ocean view from our room.

Perfect retreat for relaxation. The staff were excellent and very attentive, the swimming pool was situated overlooking the gulf of Thailand.

The only suggestion I would make, please repair the missing/broken tiles around the swimming pool.
