A truly exceptional hotel in every sense. The staff deserve a special mention, because they make your stay feel special, this is something that you can't buy for money or for anything really. They care about your experience and go above and beyond to meet your expectations. I came to this hotel after a really stressful period and honestly they took it all away and made me feel so relaxed by the time I left. I can't thank them enough to show my appreciation for the way they make their guests feel. A special shout out to Mei, thank you for making our mornings and evenings cheerful and also fir making sure that we ate well! Also to Meen and Dada! Thank you for taking care of us! About the hotel in general: 1. Exceptional view, if you wake up for sunrise and walk to the poolside, you'll literally walk down the steps and into the ocean! It felt magical! I couldn't help but sing the little mermaid song in my head 🧜🏽‍♀️ 2. Great selection of breakfast buffet, they have different options daily. They also have a la carte, they make these orders fresh on the day! 3. The pool is beautiful! It overlooks the ocean and it's a great place to dip into in the mornings and in the evenings! It's 1.5 meters deep, perfect if you're not comfortable with swimming in depth. They also have safety gears on site for kids. We saw a few kids playing happily in the pool too! 4. They have rooms with pools, these are a great addition! Especially if you just want to unwind in the evenings after a long day! 5. The bathrooms and the room designs are fantastic. They have put a lot of thought into the design and the comfort of the guests when designing. This is sadly becoming a rarity in the current industry!! So kudos to the Serenata group! Oh! Their soap and shampoo smells delightful!! 6. If you want to know anything about the local area etc. ask Dada, he's very knowledgeable and honestly give you the exact pricing and insights on the local area 7.

Really nothing much, only that if you booked a pool villa, perhaps ask for your pool to be cleaned. We didn't ask, so I don't think ours was cleaned often ( if at all). It wasn't an issue for us cause we used the main pool. But it's worth noting. Thank you for the wonderful experience the rock hua hin team ❤️ you made my first visit to Thailand feel really welcoming! I'll definitely return ✨

Extremely clean, friendly staff, very comfortable stay. The food we ordered was amazing. The kids couldn't get enough of the pool and loved their bunk-beds. The room was perfect, with enough space for a family of 4. The kids loved their bunk-beds and the privacy it gave them
