Nothing ????? Everything I liked that made me book this hotel was a scam it is nothing like it appears on booking.com

The hotel was very out dated everything in the room had rust on it the toilet had feces on the toilet seat the night I checked in I had to go three days without water as the staff did not let us know there would be none. The pool was not clean there were bugs swimming in it the (spa they claim to have is none existent ) I asked for a refund from hotel staff as I had booked this trip for my bday n it was not wast I was expecting. The staff refused to refund me n said I need to speak with hotel owner as he lives in the hotel in room 201 he refused to speak with me.

Smutsiga rum, dålig hygien och det som står på sidan stämmer inte. De avbokade mitt stora rum efter jag betalt och jag fick ett hälften så litet...skitigt

I had a horrible experience at this hotel. I booked this hotel through Agoda and received full confirmation. However, when my wife and I arrived, the hotel staff told us there was no room available and literally asked us to leave. When we asked where we were supposed to go, they said it was not their problem and told us to speak to the manager, who was “out.” They called him, but he intentionally did not answer. Later, a staff member admitted that the manager had instructed them to ask us to cancel the booking if we came, which clearly shows bad intent and fraud. I even tried calling the Thailand Tourist Police, but it was a weekend, and the automated system asked me to call on Monday. I had already paid 3,861 baht for 3 days, and booking a new hotel on the spot was costing 15,000–20,000 baht, which I could not afford. After a long argument, the staff offered us an apartment 4–5 km away from the beach, with no room service, instead of the hotel room we had booked. Since I was traveling with my wife, I had no choice but to accept it. Please DO NOT book this hotel. This is a fraudulent property. They show hotel rooms online but give them only to wealthy foreigners and harass Indian guests. Worst hospitality experience ever
