Buon hotel in zona centrale con vicino tantissimi locali, anche se un po' rumorosi. Camera e bagno di dimensioni buone, ottima colazione.

Purtroppo non si può pagare con carta di credito e sapendo che le commissioni sono elevate dovrebbero segnale sul sito che accettano pagamento solo in contanti.

I ask for a VAT invoice and the tall lady receptionist said that the hotel only release VAT invoice to the Booking.com. Hence, she cannot release to me.. although i must reconfirm 3 times... CRAZY and CHEAT

waiting too long to be given a room and too long to check out! Not enough cleaners and only one person working as a security guard, also as a porter ad a cleaner on my day of stay! I saw some tiny bugs crawling on my bed sheet and bathroom floor!
