The location is excellent and the room was reasonable. The breakfast had a small selection but it was fine.

The lack of lift is an issue and this should be made very clear when booking. The staff were very uninterested in attending to customers at check in, breakfast and checkout. The pool area was disgraceful. No towels available and very dirty and untidy - this could be a lovely space if given a bit of care, if there were pool towels and there was a bar.
