Beautiful location

Bit dated

Ήταν όλα υπέροχα.... Μην πάτε πουθενά αλλού. Ήταν το καλύτερο κατάλυμα στο καλύτερο σημείο. Χαίρομαι πολύ που δεν επέλεξα να μείνουμε στο Τονσάϊ καθώς εκ των υστέρων που πήγαμε για βόλτα, είδαμε ότι ήταν πολύ βρώμικο, είχε παντού σκουπίδια και κάθε άλλο παρά ειδυλλιακό ήταν.... Σε αντίθεση με το Erawan στον κόλπο Laem Tong... Το δε δωμάτιο που μας έδωσαν, ήταν τόσο μπροστά στη θάλασσα... Νο 1301.... πιό κοντά στη θάλασσα δεν γινόταν...στην ίδια ευθεία με τη reception και δίπλα στην πισίνα. Με ωραία βεράντα, άνετο, μεγάλο... Η πρωτοχρονιά μας εκεί ήταν ξεχωριστή. Να σημειώσω ότι έχω μεγάλη φοβία για όλα τα είδη ζωυφίων και όλα τα έντομα και είχα ενημερώσει το κατάλυμα. Το άγχος μου ήταν μεγάλο, καθώς σε πολλά ξενοδοχεία στα σχόλια διάβαζα για κατσαρίδες, ποντίκια κλπ... Προληπτικά είχα πάρει και μαζί μου από K-othrine μέχρι σίτες και κουνουπιέρες... Δεν χρειάστηκα τίποτε από όλα αυτά... ευτυχώς. Δεν υπήρξε το παραμικρό πρόβλημα καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας. Το συστήνω το ξενοδοχείο ανεπιφύλακτα. Ήμασταν στον παράδεισο... Πηγαίναμε ξυπόλητοι στα ειδυλλιακά εστιατόρια δίπλα στο ξενοδοχείο και νοιώσαμε μιά άλλου είδους ελευθερία... μία απίστευτη ευτυχία. Σας ευχαριστούμε για όλα. Θα ξανά έρθουμε.

Τίποτε... όλα ήταν υπέροχα.

L’aceuil , l endroit est juste magique

Was very clean and luxurious. Had access to a beautiful beach and a nice pool.

It’s very far from any towns or villages - there’s a beach with 3 restaurants in it and they, and the hotel’s restaurants, are expensive.

L'hôtel n'est plus entretenu comme un resort. Les fontaines sont éteintes mais l'eau est stagnante, cela laisse un ressenti de vieillot. Concernant la chambre, couchage ok, grand espace mais la SDB était dans son jus et la douche fuitait de partout, installation ancienne et joints d'étanchéité usés. Le petit déjeuner était moyen côté gustatif.

We stayed at P.P. Erawan Palms Resort on Ko Phi Phi Don, and unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing. We paid 16,000 baht for a Mountain View room, deliberately avoiding the advertised 120-step rooms due to knee issues. Despite this, our assigned room was still located a long and physically demanding distance from reception and the restaurant, requiring multiple steep and uneven staircases and hills. The access was so difficult that we didn’t use the breakfast service at all as it was too much effort to walk there and back. After the first night, we politely requested a room closer to the front of the resort. The hotel agreed but moved us into a basic room worth around 4,000 baht — a substantial downgrade. When we asked for something closer in value to what we had originally paid for, we were told we would need to pay an additional 1,800 baht to move up one category (still a far lower grade room than we paid for), despite the resort being nearly empty. We were then told to contact Trip.com, who agreed this reflected poor customer service and refunded us 2,000 baht. We chose to check out after only two nights of our four-night stay. The location is beautiful, but the lack of flexibility, empathy, and basic customer care was unacceptable. We would not return and cannot recommend this resort — particularly for guests with mobility concerns.

Un endroit de rêve au bout du monde, calme sans la foule des autres spots. Un établissement dans son jus ce qui justement lui donne un charme fou, surtout les bungalow. Et la plage a volonté.

Attention aux moustiques

Die Unterkunft ist schön gelegen, mit einem großen weiten Strand. Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und abwechslungsreich. Am Strand gibt es eine gute Auswahl an Restaurants.

Das Hotel ist nur mit dem Speedboot von dem Pier in Koh Phi Phi zu erreichen. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit mit einem Roller oder Auto hinzukommen, weshalb man bei mehreren Ausflügen ziemlich viel Geld zahlen muss. Es gibt auch keine Supermärkte oder einen 7-Eleven in der Nähe, nur ganz kleine überteuerte Minimärkte am Strand. Die Unterkunft ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Teich den man auf den Hotelbildern sehen kann ist anscheinend kaputt oder nicht in Betrieb, da es leer war. Viele liegen am Pool oder am Strand waren kaputt. Das Zimmer sah auf dem ersten Blick gut aus, aber beim genauen hinsehen war es schon gut schmutzig. Im Bad waren sämtlichen Armaturen verkalkt und rostig, an der Decke waren dunkle/schwarze Flecken (vermutlich Schimmel). Die Zimmertür sowie die Balkontür waren so verzogen das sämtliche Insekten und Salamander ins Zimmer gelangen konnten.
