The partial ocean view villa was decent for the price. They are constantly taking care of the landscape which is nice but also annoying when you have someone cleaning outside your window.

Unfortunately the power went out for an entire day on the Main Street. They had a generator that only backed up the lobby and kitchen. All of the villas had no AC or lights for 12hrs. The only compensation they provided was a complementary lunch.

A 12 hour powerage left no air con ,in room, only emermency lighting and temperatures in room created a health and safety hazzard. from 8am until 22.00pm at night room was not use able, I have asked hotel to make things right as paided high for useage but could not use but response from hotel was no complementary stay or any compensation . i do not expect such a poor response from hotel and would ask booking.com investigate further.

poor management decision .

Ubicación, servicios, qué todos los días hacían la habitación y traían toallas y agua. Tiene cerca un 7 eleven y una agencia de viajes y tours. Volvería sin dudarlo

La puerta del baño es de vidrio, cero intimidad. La playa en esa zona es un charco con agua turbia, corales filosos y erizos de mar, imposible bañarse.

The location is fab and the staff is amazing.

Could have been slightly more cleaner.
