All the staff was incredibly friendly, but one woman in the reception area was rude to my wife.

Coffee in the room is lousy and at the breakfast. It is incredibly long way to get coffee. Water was not hot enough in the shower. The stepped down into the bathroom is dangerous at night as you might not notice that. Also, I wish they would hire somebody to pick up the plastic on the beach as we were doing that ourselves and one person could easily pick up the entire beach and keep it clean.

"Tolles Resort mit schlechter Anbindung"

- unglaublich schönes Resort, tolle Natur, hübsche Anlage & Zimmer - sehr gutes Frühstück - immer genügend Liegen vorhanden - Abholservice vom Zimmer super aufgrund der Weitläufigkeit - ein paar tolle Restaurants fussläufig erreichbar (Jasmin, Banyantree)

- die An- und Abreise ist leider absolut nicht angemessen: da es auf der Insel weder Autos noch Roller o.ä. gibt kommt man ausschließlich per Shuttle-Boot für 300 Baht p.P. zum Ressort oder für einen völlig überzogenen Preis von 1800 (!!!) Baht (ca. 50€) one-way per Longtail-Boot, was eine absolute Frechheit und Abzocke ist. Die Shuttles fahren leider nur 4x/Tag, sodass man vor 9 oder nach 16 Uhr nicht mehr hin oder weg kommt, was für Ausflüge etc. super ärgerlich ist. Aus unserer Sicht sollte das Hotel hier unbedingt eigene Shuttles zu einem angemessenen Preis anbieten. Falls man viel erkunden will ist die Lage des Hotels daher leider nicht zu empfehlen. Zum relaxen hingegen ein absoluter Traum.

Это лутьший отель на побережье , мы изначально жили в соседним и захотели продлить наше прибывание но в отеле не было свободных номеров и мы забронировали здесь и какое было мое удивление что этот отель был намного круче во всем . Он стоил дешевле и мы сняли бунгало . Я была в восторге , фото не передаёт всей красоты и великолепия . Територия огромна , гуляла как в парке и всё не смогла покорить , пляж разнообразен и камни и песок на любой вкус я брала маску и плавала , но берите во внимание сильные отливы , сложно было выходить , красота морского дна великолепна , можно даже не брать дайвинг и так всё видно , потрясающе ! Завтрак на великолепной терассе с видом на море , завтраки вкусные , в ресторанах дороже чем в местных кафешках но порции больше и вкуснее мы перепробовали во всех ресторанах еду и в этом отеле кухня лутьше всех !

Нет такого . Но это спокойный отдых и после 22.00 всё закрывается .
