Wonderful family friendly hotel. Stayed here with our 2 teens, originally booked for 4 days but booked an extra night as it was so lovely. Staff were helpful and friendly, they even helped us retrieve our Son’s backpack when he left it behind upon check out, with the owner driving it to the port at 7:30 am! Very peaceful and relaxing area of Koh Pangan. I agree with the other comments that guests have made that there are sometimes a lack of sunbeds but that’s more about other travellers laying towels down when they are not using the beds.

Hôtel niché dans la végétation sur une très belle anse tranquille à Koh Phangan. Accueil (par le patron ?)etonnement peu sympathique à l'arrivée .... alors que tout le reste du personnel adorable. Chambre de belle taille et propre. Neanmoins la literie est très dure et la robinetterie SDB à revoir (calcaire qui génère des jets très désagréables) Petit déjeuner ok. Sucré / salé 1 machine à café (avec lait) supplémentaire serait la bienvenue. A dispo des chiliennes pour la plage ! Mais ma grande interrogation reste la forme de la piscine.... juste pourquoi ?? Aussi eau un peu trouble, dommage. Bref, un rapport qualité prix correct sur cette superbe plage. Quelques améliorations possibles !

Veldig positivt overrasket over denne resorten. Fantastisk service, rolig og fin stemning, rent og velholdt overalt. Flott strand med mange hyggelige restauranter rundt. Anbefales!

When we were going on a night market tour organised by Havana Beach Resort, Koh Phangan, my grandma was thrown from the back of a truck onto the road, as the rear door had not been shut by the driver, and broke both her shoulders. She had to be repatriated and suffered life changing injuries. The hotel have never taken any responsibility for the accident that happened last summer. This caused life changing damage to my grandma's health and ruined what was supposed to be a once in a lifetime holiday.

I don’t usually write reviews but I have to for this hotel. They took my 83 year old grandma out on one of their night market tours. The driver loaded my grandmother in the back of the truck and forgot to close the rear door. He then took the handbrake off, rolled back and then slammed the breaks which threw my grandmother out onto the tarmac. She broke both her shoulders and it has been a life altering injury. The hotel are refusing to communicate with us (they have not even provided the accident report which we have requested). Please avoid this hotel at all costs. They completely ruined my grandmother’s health (and less importantly our holiday) and are refusing to take accountability for it.

Loved my stay at Havana! Ferry transfers were super easy and the activity they organized to go to the night market was a highlight. Really enjoyed the more quiet side of the island too - definitely more family friendly and nice for a solo traveler. 10/10 would recommend.

Staff very accommodating. Delicious buffet breakfast. Room are large and clean. Nestled in a jungle-ike atmosphere. Beautiful beach and pool. Great for solo or families. >2km into town - can walk but the hills are long and steep ! H2O Padi dive center is a 5 min walk on the beech from the resort.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und sauber, eine tolle Anlage. Frühstück mit Meerblick. Toll für Familien, nichts für Partygänger.

Not a great experience. Hotel rooms had damp on the wall. We were meant to be in a deluxe room, but for some reason this meant it had 3 double beds in it? There was no comfortable chair etc in the room despite all the space for the beds. As we were on the ground floor everyone walking past could see directly into the room, (and everyone walked past as it was on the route from front of hotel to the beach.) There were no "net" style curtains, so we had to use the black out curtains. As this was the only window in the room, we either lost daylight or privacy. If you were in an early number room on the ground floor the outlook was dark and damp. There are very steep stairs from the front area to the back area of the property. Breakfast was a bit of a scrum. For some reason they expected you to take your shoes off in reception. On the positive side the beach was very nice and the beach bar was good.
