Food wasn't great, very isolated location

The staff of the restaurant were particularly helpful. The outlook is lovely.

Its wonderful if you wish to sit by the pool and chill, but it is very isolated. Approx 12 sun lounges for over 60 rooms. The aircon was too noisy to sleep with it on but luckily there was a ceiling fan to create a breeze.

Der Strand ist einzigartig schön, aber auch nicht unbedingt zum baden geeignet da der Wellengang relativ stark ist.

Die Anlage ist sehr veraltet. Ich war schon vor Jahren mal dort und war richtig enttäuscht als ich ankam. Die Fugen im Pool sind schon schwarz. Die Liegeauflagen sind alle dreckig und von der Sonne ausgeblichen. Als wir dort waren wurde an der Bar etwas renoviert oder repariert - direkt neben den Liegeflächen und noch dazu am Nachmittag wo die meisten am Pool liegen. Man kam nicht auf die Idee die Liegen wo anders hinzustellen (Platz wäre gewesen). Dem Personal musste man nachlaufen wenn man etwas wollte, z.B Drink am Pool. Restaurant war auch nix besonderes und das würde man bei den Preisen erwarten. Unser Zimmer war an sich in Ordnung (sauber) aber es hat so muffig und nach Schimmel gerochen. Die Lage ist sehr abgeschotten und ein Taxi in die Stadt kostet pro Strecke ca. 500 - 600k dong. In der Anlage waren mit uns 6 andere Gäste. War also ziemlich langweilig. Wir sind haben 3 Nächte gebucht und sind 1 Tag früher abgereist.

The rooms were spacious, beautiful and clean. We travelled with a 9 month old and there was plenty of space for her to move around. Comfortable cot was provided. Food here is excellent - was a highlight!

It was very quiet during our stay so there weren’t many staff at the restaurant or bar so we often had to find someone if we wanted to order food and drinks by the pool. The staff that were present were lovely.

Beach was great. The family room was great. Facilities a little older but still well presented and clean.

All inclusive package. Booking via booking.com it is simply marketed as all inclusive. In reality, the menu is different to what is offered at the hotel. There are also three different levels for drinks package. Ultimately with two children we did not think the all inclusive package was good value and found it illogical that we were not able to have simply a sandwich for lunch, but had to order from the three course dinner menu for each meal.

Staff were amazing. It was a quiet and secluded spot. Beach and pool areas were well looked after. Food was delicious!
