Le personnel vraiment à l écoute Le spa très bien Le restaurant plutôt bon, nous étions en demi pension (heureusement )

Ils ont subi de gros dégâts par un typhon L extérieur était très abîmé Nous avons eu sur 10 jours 9 de pluie Forcément moins agréable Très loin de la ville qui a peu d intérêt

The room overlooking the water was fabulous. Appreciated the restaurant staying open upon our late arrival. Sunny, who works in the restaurant in the evenings is nothing less than amazing and one of the most positive people you’ll ever meet in your life! Everyone that works, there was very accommodating and helpful making certain that we had buggies available to us to deliver us to the beautiful spa next-door and personally walked us to breakfast so we knew where to go the next morning. We also utilized their car into our guide and he did a really great job! He even stopped at a special coffee shop for us! We had the best salted coffee in Vietnam!

They were recovering from a big storm that had passed through and so we believe the property did the best possible job they could do for us. We really did enjoy the property and the people.

Das Resort liegt in einer tollen Bucht. Es ist keine „Hotelburg“, sondern eine wundervolle Anlage mit vielen Pflanzen direkt am Meer. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und reichhaltig. Das Personal ist super freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Als der Pool an einem Tag gereinigt wurde und geschlossen war, konnten wir im Nachbarressort den Pool benutzen (nur 2 Min. Fußweg entfernt). Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer mit direktem Meerblick. Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgte sogar 2x täglich.

Die Getränke- und Essenspreise sind relativ teuer für vietnamesische Verhältnisse. Auch Massagen sind doppelt so teuer wie in anderen 5-Sterne-Hotels (Body-Massage, 60 min., ca. 1,7 Mio. Dong) Der Billardtisch ist schon veraltet und die Tischtennisplatte konnte überhaupt nicht mehr benutzt werden, da bereits zu alt. Sowas darf in einem 5-Sterne-Hotel nicht passieren.
