Great location in quiet area of Pattaya, directly on beach front. Older but characterful hotel, we had a vy large room, plenty space & seating. Great swimming pool & sunbeds, plenty trees & shrubs surrounding. Own restaurant facing beachfront. Helpful friendly staff. It’s Thailand, we ok with the quirks we come across😀😀
