"What a pretty dump"

Air c0nditioner broke down 2 times. Once was overnight and could not be fixed. There were no sockets to charge my phone near the bed-- They were across the room at the desk. The balcony was filthy. Hair in my shower and no hot water. Was the worst.

Beds a little hard, shower is in a raised tub making it difficult and dangerous to get in and out, there are no handrails. Breakfast is good as is location

Hotel overall good food and drink expensive good location pool surrounded by trees hard to get sun also too many mosquitoes flying bugs bitten loads of time better off going to beach which we did

Lovely hotel in a great location, Staff very friendly and helpful. Only drawback was that when you had a shower the bathroom floor always flooded.

"Great place to stay in Pattaya "

Woodlands is a good deal. It is quiet yet close to the beach and action. The rooms and the pool/landscaping are attractive and everything is very clean. Gym is well equipped (for a hotel without a public gym) for weight training but only had one treadmill. The pool water is very clear. Nice balconies. Would advise 2nd floor for balcony with privacy and covering from sun and rain. Breakfast had a wide selection with good coffee and bread, two things that are not common in Asia. Western options are limited but they will make omelettes so good overall. Only downsides are the spa and restaurant (after breakfast) are closed so not realty a resort but both exist right to the left of the hotel. You get a 10% discount at the restaurant. Staff overall was friendly. Would stay again.
