직원분들 다 친절하셨고 침구도 편하고 좋았는데 욕조가 청소되어 있지 않았고 비치된 샤워용품들이 채워져 있지 않았어요. 2박 이용해서 다음날 채워졌겠지 했으나 역시 비어있어서 그냥 개인 용품 사용했어요. 룸서비스는 전반적으로 시간이 좀 걸려요. 호텔 내부에 있는 스파마사지는 현재 리노베이션 중이어서 이용이 불가한데 프론트, 객실, 엘레베이터등 호텔 어디에도 관련 내용이 없어서 아쉬웠어요. 조식은 주중,주말 메뉴가 다른지 아님 매일 조금씩 바뀌는지 모르겠으나 평일보다 토요일 조식이 더 좋았고 면,오믈렛 라인에서 주방 직원분이 다른 직원분께 큰 소리와 모션으로 지적하고 화내서 주문하기 불편했어요.

The room was very poor. There was no bedside table on one side & the toilet seat was child size & round on a square toilet. The room was tired & worn. Not impressed for a Club king room. Very poor standard & not a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was terrible! What hotel does not have bacon on the menu. The only highlight apart from the lovely friendly staff was a great meal in the steak restaurant.
