L'Azure Resort and Spa

Fantastic hotel , clean , friendly staff and great location

L’Azure was a beautiful small resort in the heart of Duong Dong. We spent 3 nights here and felt like we had the resort to ourselves as we rarely saw other people and almost always had the pool to ourselves. L’Azure was quiet and relaxing. The staff were incredibly attentive and always welcomed us with a smile. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast and room service were great. Big standout to the pool bar serving the best/freshest Piña Colada I have ever had in my life! If you are looking for a central place that feels private and relaxing this is the place for you! Thank you to all the staff who made our trip even more special 😍

La playa estaba limpia y a pocos pasos de la habitación. El desayuno es muy variado y bueno. Las habitaciones son grandes, espaciosas, cómodas y limpias. El personal del hotel es muy amigable! 100% recomendado.

The beach and the rooms were wonderful.

The pool needs updating asap and with a 4 year old I cannot 100% recommend it as it has some major repairments to do in order to not hurt yourself ( chairs in the water bar area). You need to watch where you go. It is sa because the pool size and setting is really nice, but needs updating.

It is very nice place. With a great location near the see and the night market. It is really lovely and they provide things needed for the beach in the room such as ( slippers, hats, beach bag and there is towels on the beach also). The breakfast is good has both Vietnames and Europe vibes. The staff are super friendly and respectful.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Long Beach und bietet insgesamt ein gemischtes Bild – es gibt durchaus Lichtblicke, aber leider überwiegen für uns die Schattenseiten. Positiv hervorzuheben ist definitiv die Gartenanlage, die sehr gepflegt ist und eine schöne Atmosphäre schafft. Ein echtes Highlight war für uns das Restaurant: Egal ob Frühstück, Mittag- oder Abendessen – die Qualität der Speisen war durchweg hoch und der Service dabei stets freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Zimmer selbst waren gut ausgestattet und in einem ordentlichen Zustand. Alles hat funktioniert, insbesondere die Klimaanlage lief einwandfrei – hier gibt es nichts zu beanstanden.

Schon bei der Ankunft entsteht kein besonders positiver erster Eindruck. Die Eingangshalle wirkt wenig einladend und insgesamt merkt man dem Hotel an, dass es in die Jahre gekommen ist. Auch der Empfang an der Rezeption war eher kühl und wenig herzlich. Dieser Eindruck setzte sich leider bei der Abreise fort – kein Nachfragen, kein Interesse am Feedback, stattdessen wirkte das Personal eher distanziert und von oben herab. Der Strand entspricht zwar dem Long Beach, konnte uns aber nicht wirklich überzeugen. Das Wasser wird schnell tief, die Farbe ist nicht das erhoffte Türkis, und bei Spaziergängen entlang des Strandes fallen schnell heruntergekommene Hotels sowie unschöne Einleitungen ins Meer auf. Der größte Kritikpunkt ist jedoch die Poolanlage. Diese ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, wirkt schlecht gepflegt und teilweise notdürftig repariert. Sie lädt nicht wirklich zur Nutzung ein – was sich auch darin zeigt, dass kaum Gäste den Pool genutzt haben.
