Món ăn ko được hợp khẩu vị lắm. Dù không nhiều bàn ăn nhưng hôm đó bàn mình ăn vừa xong thì nhân viên đã xin dọn luôn. Nhân viên cũng lịch sự bảo mình cứ ngồi lại. Nhưng mình nghĩ để khách hàng ăn xong đứng lên thì nhân viên dọn sẽ thoải mái hơn cho khách hàng

This property is beautiful and it is everything that it promises in terms of views, peace and quiet. The food took us by surprise and every meal we had was beyond expectations.

We expected that the staff could be a little bit more hospitable.

If you want to treat yourself during your Vietnam travels, this is the place to do it. This stay completely elevated our time in Sapa and turned it into one of the highlights of the trip. The surroundings are breathtaking—those views alone make you want to sit back, sip something cold, and never leave. The villas were beautiful, spacious, and so comfortable that leaving each day took real effort. We wish we stayed longer! Everything here felt next level: the food, the pool, the service, and the location. Breakfast was divine, dinner somehow topped it, and every meal felt like a treat instead of just another hotel meal. We were a little unlucky with smoke drifting into the valley during part of our stay, but honestly, not even that could ruin the magic of this place. We simply admired the view dramatically and carried on. 😂 What makes this property so special is how it combines luxury with the beauty of Sapa so effortlessly. If you’re considering a splurge then stop thinking and book it! You will not regret it! (This review comes from a spoiled tourist 😆)

The room was comfortable, but we had a few unexpected guests during our stay… and they did not make a reservation. 😂 The doors and windows don’t seem to be sealed very well, so some outside creatures found their way in. We ended up stuffing a towel along the front door and playing catch-and-release until we ran out of glasses. 😳 We understand the property is in the countryside, so a few buggy neighbors come with the territory, but sealing the doors and windows better would make a huge difference. Sleeping should be with your travel partner, not half the local wildlife. 😂

Views were breathtaking! Breakfast menu was almost perfect, haven’t had similar in any Vietnam hotels I stayed. Steaks in 360 restaurant were just to die for!

Topas Ecolodge provided a wonderful break from the busy cities for my daughter and me. The room was just perfect with a great view, even when the clouds covered the rice paddies. It was so peaceful; the massage and facial was exceptional; the food was delicious, especially the breakfasts, but the ala cart menu in the 360-degree restaurant was also very high quality. The best adventure was hiring a guide to go to walk to a couple of villages, where we had a chance to do some batik work and learned so much. The tour started with a short drive in a van away from the spa, so we saw a little more of the area. The price for the two nights was a little on the high side but it was truly worth it. We scheduled it at the end of our trip and it was a perfect way to end the fascinating couple of weeks in Vietnam.

Not anything really. Even the coach ride to Ecolodge was pleasant, though long. And, fortunately, in April we didn't see more than a couple of mosquitoes the whole trip.
