The idea of the property is beautiful but I did not realize when I booked that they have 2 dining rooms and only certain rooms getting to go to the nice one . So I was very disappointed about it. Never happened to me before .

This really is a beautiful hotel with beautiful surriundings, the food at the hotel was lovely.

A gym would be good, the only negative I can think of.

الموظفون محترمون ومحترفون، الخدمة سريعة، النظافة ممتازة، الإطلالات خلابة، هدوء تااام واستجمام ( لانه فوق بالجبال والطبيعة بعيد عن الازعاج 45 دقيقه عن سابا ) الخليجي اللي يبي يريح انصح فيه ليلتين ينفع له والغداء والعشاء عندهم سمك سلمون مشوي وانواع الرز ساده وبالخضار والبيتزا حقتهم ايضاً لذيذة ( بس تأكد ان الطبخ على الزيوت النباتيه ) وعلمهم بدري لاني ماحجزت في بوكينج كل الوجبات ( عندهم غرف دور واحد بمسبح اطلالتها جميله وفيها خصوصية اكثر تقريباً وعندهم غرف نظام دورين وبلكونه ( ترى مافيها تلفزيون بالغرف لان المنتجع يحاكي الطبيعة بس فيها نت قوي - ولايهمونكم اللي يقولون برد الافضل تأكد قبل لاتجي من الطقس لان فيه اشهر بالسنة فقط هي الباردة )

1-لو توفرت ثلاجة صغيرة صديقة للبيئة نظرًا لحرارة الجو ( فيه ثلاجة بدون كهرباء برودتها تمشي ) 2- مراجعة الأسعار لتكون أكثر تنافسية مقارنة بمنتجعات مماثلة في دول أخرى
