The pools and the beach views were absolutely stunning. The facilities such as our spacious room and the bar by the beach were stunning and we absolutely loved spending dinner there, and sat by there almost the whole time to relax.

We found that the staff were quite uninterested in assisting us or serving us food. When we wanted to have lunch, we would go to the restaurant and receive glares, which made us quite confused. Many members of staff spoke little to no English, although this was understood completely by my partner and me, as we understand this is a smaller, more localised town. When asking questions about where to get menus and where to sit, staff were cold and ushered us away from them, which came across relatively rude.

Everyone working there is so friendly. The gardens are so enchanting and tranquil Very nice breakfasts. Next to the beach. Spacious bedroom Plenty of hot water for showers. Had beautiful massages

It did not bother me, apart from a few of people, their spoken English is not great and the time to serve the food can take longer than what we are used to in Europe

We returned to Ho Tram Boutique after visiting here 19 years. The whole layout of the resort has a lovely vibe, with a lot of attention to gardens and trees for shelter, unlike the sparseness of many neighboring resorts. We were an extended family of eight and all of different villas were delightful.

The resort restaurant was a bit limited, which is typical of a lot of these places I guess.
