Reception staff not welcoming.

The property was nasty. There was mold in my daughter’s room and their ac was not working. Our room was nasty. There was trash under the beds. The bathroom looked like it had not been mopped in weeks. There were people in the room above us and we could hear every step they took. The guy was rude when we checked in. And the manager was talking about another customer with the front desk clerk in front of everyone. The pool nor the gym were open. Just a bad experience all around.

This hotel is disgusting. The floor in the room was sticky. The desk and bedside tables were covered in a film of sticky dust. The microwave and refrigerator were dirty inside. Breakfast was nonexistent and the coffee was very weak. The grass outside wasn’t cut, a window in front was broken, and the awning/entrance canopy is missing. We didn’t have bedding for the sofa bed and when we asked, we were told they didn’t have any pillowcases available. The checkin was abrupt and rude. Furniture is all well worn. We would have walked away but there wasn’t availability elsewhere.

Carpets are old. It smells in and around the room and hallways.

The check in experience was not the fault of the clerk. It was my credit card company. They kept going back and forth and I ended up using another credit card. The mattresses on the bed were indented very bad. Also the room was not in the best condition. The gym, laundry and pool was not usable because of repairs.

Room was ok but not very clean. Bathroom floor was slippery, almost like soap was spilled. Bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. Stains on the lamps and pillows. We found toenail clippings on the floor beside the bed. Our fridge wasn’t cooling properly and we needed to store baby formula. The only redeeming thing was that we received a new fridge so we could safely feed our baby during our stay.

Decent value for the price. Property needs some updating but it was fine for one night.

The rooms needed to cleaned more throughly the headboard in the rooms had residue and the bath tube had soap grim still in it from previous use

The hotel needs some updating which is not a huge deal. However, it is just crusty and needs a good cleaning. It just was not clean. Stuff on the bedside tables and headboards of bed. The mattresses were stained. Carpet was gross in the room. Felt like it had a film of greasiness on it or something.
