Courtyard by Marriott San Jose Campbell

I was made to wait in the rain at 1 am to get into the hotel lobby since the doors were locked, there is no way to get in with a key card, a worker asked me my room number then stood there inside looking through multiple pieces of paper, then had to ask my name and continued to still search said papers while I stood in the pouring rain. It was ridiculous.

The room was spacious. There is a Starbucks inside the hotel.

There is a construction going on in the hotel and it was noisy, I paid additional for the parking.

Great service. Comfortable bed and room.

The bath towels felt like sand paper

big room, kind staff, location, clean room,

no free water in the room. no room service. no included breakfast. not affordable. too expsensive for what ir offers

The property was fine but as of now I was charged dounit at all happy with booking .com

Nothing except for the fact that they charged my card and so did booking .com
