The hotel infraestructure is one of the best in Dom. Rep, The marina, the pools, the lounges and the rooms which are spacious . Only reccomendation is that they need to change the pillows which are old and hard. Plumbing in my room bathroom is require.

Great location. Staff were awesome. Our toilet leaked twice. Eventually moved us to a room with a king bed that we originally booked. The shower was not in good working condition. Great infinity pool at the ocean club. Amazing fabulous view.

"Grate Location - Horrible Receptionist Service"

We loved this property, it is so beautiful and very clean. However, we experience something very unfortunate. The date of check-in my Mom fell down while we were walking by the boat area (while waiting for the room to be ready). My mom's arm bone went out of its place (on the shoulder part, we thought she broke her arm), because of the big pain she had, she was crying and hardly able to walk, she got cuts on her knees, elbows and mouth. So, I would consider this an emergency because of my mom's condition. However, when we went to ask for help to the receptionist (who checked us in) She was very unhelpful, she couldn't even offer water to my Mom (who was crying of the pain and almost fainting). The receptionist didn't even call an ambulance, she said we had to take a taxi to the hospital; but didn't even tell us where the hospital was. We had to google the location for the nearest hospital. Meanwhile, the receptionist was taking care of some tourist checking in at the time. THIS WAS COMPLETELY INHUMAN, WHILE I HAVE MY MOM CRYING AND ALMOST FAINTING OF PAIN, SHE WAS TAKING CARE OF SOME CHECK-INS... WE ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE LACK OF COMPASSION AND BAD SERVICE FROM THIS WOMAN.
