"Run down, overpriced"

Location was good for what we needed. Bed was comfortable.

It was very run down, especially for how expensive it was. Ripped curtains, damaged lamp, outside storm damage, dirty walls, etc. definitely needs a deep clean and some sprucing up.

Convenient for travel.

Had been trashed by a storm a couple months prior. Windows boarded up, slum look, swimming pool not functional…. Behind door in bathroom dirty. Paint peeling.
