The best thing about this hotel is definitely the staff. The grounds people and internal hotel staff couldn't have been more helpful. Special thanks to Suman at front desk and Kopila in the restaurant.

Although this isnt something the hotel could control, other guests were very loud at night. On all occasions, staff quickly stepped in to stop the racket.

"Beautiful place to visit with your family."

Professional & courteous staff... Ambience is wonderful... Breakfast spread was good... cleanliness was upto the mark.

1) It was too crowded during the breakfast... Need to plan based on the number of guests... 2) Resort has multiple theme based resturants serving delicious food but very limited Indian food options are available. Atleast one resturant should be equipped to serve variety of Indian food. 3) Baggage management during the rush hours should be improved. Our bags were dispatched with some another car & we had to wait for 04 hrs to get it back. (But the Resort team managed it well, we were served with Lunch, a room was allotted for us to take rest. The staff ensured that there will not be any further hassles besides the time loss).
