"Disappointed from the last time in 2024. Won’t go again. Must have recently had a change of ownership."

Degraded significantly since 2024

The door cards weren’t working properly. Had to go to reception 4 times to get them to fix the cards ( very frustrating). Had two days with no running water. Then there was no hot water. The once brilliant breakfast was sadly poor. Less food. The food was cold. Less selection.

Everything was great. Spacious room. The service was amazing and especially I appreciate that my request to decorate the room for my friend’s birthday was made in the best way. You can walk to the beach from the hotel.

"Stay was extremely relaxing and location was perfect"

location was perfect. The room was nice, roomy and comfortable. The staff were amazing and always ready and willing to help in every way needed.

The buffet breakfast was good but was a little on the light side.
