"Pleasant but wished the breakfast had a little more variety and less issues with coffee/juice."

Clean room. Quiet hotel. Close to PSU, but not too close.

Breakfast was sausage and eggs for 3 of the 4 days. Always an issue with the decaf coffee for my mother in law. Room temperature was either too hot or too cold, couldn’t get it just right. Had to ask twice to get body wash refilled, as there were 4 of us in the room.

The staff was friendly and efficient. We were greeted in a manner that included support if we needed anything not supplied. The room and bathroom were clean and the beds fresh and clean. The pillows were perfect. I do not write this in a superficial tone. We had a stay in another hotel chain recently that was a disaster for our entire party. Lack of cleanliness can quickly and decisively ruin a trip. Thank you, Best Western

Nice place and very clean with a decent access to a variety of restaurants and shopping. Pool are was very clean. Nice open and clean lobby to sit in and also free wifi without needing a password.
